Participants learned how to decorate paper using watercolors combined with everyday household items such as saltt and plastic wrap to get amazing textural effects. I the educators how to make paste paper using flour or glue to make patterned paper. All the papers made could be used for collage and book making projects.

The Studio Visit
Isabel Manalo and Cheryl Edwards of thestudiovisit.com interviewed me on June 18 for the first inaugural virtual studio visit during these times of isolation. This online Google Meet visit took place right in my studio, where I have been working everyday. Both Cheryl and Isabel were excited to share these unedited and raw video interviews that captured artists during a unprecedented period in history.
